1. No Refunds or Returns

Due to the nature of health supplements and to ensure the integrity and safety of our products:

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any products purchased through our clinic or website.
  • This policy applies to all health supplements, regardless of whether they are opened or unopened.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to address the issue.

  • To report a damaged or defective product:
    Email us at info@drseda.org with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • Upon verification, we will provide a replacement for the product at no additional cost.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled prior to shipment for a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
